Well, today the wardrobes have been removed - taken to the tip - and Ikea men delivered our new DIY project. One wall has now been painted 'Parchment' and skirting board glossed (thanks Andy) and I have made up two bedside cabinets. There is so much stuff all over the house - it is amazing how much stuff was in the old wardrobes! We need large baskets and possibly some small ones too. Haven't decided if we are having drawers yet.
More progress to be made over the next few days.
