Well, two of the three large wardrobes are up, plus the small one (minus the door and inners). Went to a workshop on Sunday to make a birthday book. It was run by Art from the Heart - wow!!! what fab things - wish I lived round the corner. Well, this is what we made - a birthday book - I loved making it and I am not giving it away to anyone - it is for ME!!!!!

It's April - and not just the beginning either - where has the last month gone.I've made a few cards - one or two for orders and done a couple of scrapbook pages, and a paperbag book. I also made a heart book for our anniversary to give to Andy which turned out really well (still got to take photos of it!) I need to make a memory book for a frined who has left his job to set up a new venture.

Just want to introduce you all to Elvin the Elf from the Just Bex forum. He is a wonderful chap who gives out presents during December to those people who manage to solve problems set by him. Well, this is what I've been working on over the last few days. The boards are 16" x 16". It was inspired by an article in a magazine - and altered to fit the board I bought at the NEC. I resisted making a start on it until after the oriental cards were finished - because I wanted to be able to concentrate on what I was doing.I'm really pleased with the result.

Went to the NEC on Sunday and OH bought me a Cricut Expression (for my birthday - not until December - but need to try it out to make sure it's ok)I've had a little play and it is fab. It does all sorts that the original Cricut doesn't do and being able to do larger and smaller letters/images is wonderful.I just need to get myself organised and make some cards - I've got orders for Oriental cards
